Providing content for our team
Content refers to topics, specials/sales, pictures, and other assets that you want to ensure is shared with your customers as part of your managed social posting.
Typically, we need to receive content for the next month of by the 10th of the current month. (For example, for social posts going out in June, our team needs any requests submitted by May 10th.)
Our writing deadline is the 25th of each month, and ensuring that we have received everything we need by the 10th ensures we have enough time to incorporate that content in the next month of posts.
Requesting edits
Once you have been delivered your calendar of social posts, we ask that you send any requests for editing the posts within 5 business days.
Sending your edit requests within 5 business days ensures that there is ample time to complete the edits before the posts start to get published live. This also allows our team to be efficient with their time to start work on your next month of posts!
Receiving your calendar of social posts
Your social posts are provided a month at a time for you to view––this is typically what we refer to as your calendar of social posts. Your posts will be scheduled and visible inside of your social posting dashboard by the 25th of the month, giving you time to review them and request edits within 5 business days.
Many people may ask, "What is the status of my social posts?" We operate under the same monthly deadlines and you can expect to see your posts by the 25th of any given month.
Receiving your first calendar
If this is the first calendar being delivered for a new order, you can expect to receive your first posts within 5 business days of your onboarding call. The onboarding call is a chat with a member of our team to ensure we have all of the information, connections, and credentials that our team will need to start social posting on your behalf.
