Project Tracking for Your Customers

Have more questions? Submit a request

When will this website be live? What's the status of our digital ads campaign? Is my blog ready? When should I expect the next social calendar?

These are all common customer questions, and you can direct them to self-serve to find the answer with Project Tracking in Business App.

Projects Tab

  1. Go to Business App
  2. Click the Projects Tab
  3. Click the dropdown arrow on any In-Progress project to see full details and timeline
  4. Click Completed to view information on past projects.

How does this impact your business?

Your customers will have a much better understanding of the work that our fulfillment teams are completing, the current status, and the upcoming due dates. You’ll be able to spend less time answering customer questions for project status updates, as they will be able to self-serve to find that information on their own.

FAQ

What if I don’t want my customers to see this information?

Not a problem! You can turn off the Projects tab for all Business App users by going to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Business App and turning off tab access for Projects. You can also reach out to the Marketing Services team to turn off the visibility for an individual project.

Will my customers see every task that is being worked on?

No, some tasks do not appear here. One-off tasks do not appear in the Projects tab. In addition, projects may have tasks that contain information that should not be shared with your clients, so we make sure those are not visible. You can check which tasks are visible and which are not by viewing the project in your Task Manager. If the task has a crossed-out eye symbol, this indicates that it is not visible in Business App.
