Marketing Services is Vendasta’s in-house fulfillment vendor. Our commitment to white-labeling best practices ensures seamless communication with your clients. Below, we outline the process and option to white-label email communication through our dedicated ticketing system.
How does Marketing Services communicate with my clients?
Marketing Services’ primary form of communication is email. Our default unbranded email address is marketingservices@yourdigitalagents.com
Our unbranded phone line is: 1-866-378-8031
Our communications team will answer with a greeting mentioning “Marketing Services,” and we will ask the following questions to determine the caller and relevant business information:
- Caller Name
- Business Name
- The project they are calling about
Our Communications Process
After completing a sale and activating the desired Marketing Services products, we send a confirmation email to the contact(s) listed on the sales order and fulfillment form. Please ensure accurate contact information on these forms.

Non-Client-Facing Communication:
If you prefer non-client-facing communication, please provide your contact information in the order and fulfillment forms. We are happy to adjust our communication channels as needed!
White-Label Email Option:
Integrate a custom white-labeled email address into our ticketing system for personalized communication. Follow these steps:

Provide the following:
- Chosen email address (e.g., marketingservices@yourdigitalagency.com)
- Login credentials for the email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

Login credentials for the domain registrar (GoDaddy, Wix, Namecheap, etc.)
- If your domain is with GoDaddy, you can instead grant us delegate access to websites@yourdigitalagents.com

Integration Steps:
- Submit the required information via this Google Form.
- Allow 3 business days for completion (assuming no 2-factor authentication is required).
- Marketing Services will be enabling forwarding, updating DNS settings, and completing integration checks.

Email Integration Confirmation:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation to the provided personal contact email.
- Settings updated will be included for your reference.
Important Note:
Any alterations to settings may cause integration issues. To undo integration, contact us at marketingservices@yourdigitalagents.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
Creating a White-Labeled Email Address:
Once integrated into our Marketing Services ticketing system, our Marketing Services team will use this email address to communicate with you and your clients in a white-labeled fashion.
*We ask that you create a unique email address not used by anyone else on your team, as it is confusing if we have additional communications running through the address.
Please do NOT create an alias email address*—doing so can make the integration complicated and confusing for both ends. Instead, please create a unique email address.
This email address should not be posted on your website or anywhere public. This email address is to be used for communications between Marketing Services and your current clients with active Marketing Services products.
*An alias email is an alternate email address set to forward to a primary user’s email address. We do not recommend integrating alias email addresses with this process as we usually end up receiving personal emails to our ticketing system that are not intended for us. For this email integration, please set up a unique separate email address.
