Therefore, we are transitioning to scheduling content through Social Marketing (Standard) to streamline processes and focus more on providing tangible value to business owners.

By leveraging Social Marketing for GBP Optimization, we can allocate more resources towards strategic tasks that directly impact your online success such as Google Q&A management, Initial and ongoing service category management, and providing more monthly recommendations for improvements to the overall quality of the Google Business Profile.

For New GBP Optimization Customers:
Starting March 12, 2024 Social Marketing (Standard) will be automatically activated alongside new activations of GBP Optimization. This activation comes at no additional cost while GBP Optimization remains active, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
For Existing GBP Optimization Customers:
With Social Marketing Active:
- Your posting process will shift from native GBP platform to Social Marketing, offering increased visibility of upcoming postsby allowing you to see drafted posts in social marketing before they go out. This transition allows for smoother collaboration and better alignment with your goals.
Without Social Marketing Active:
- Social Marketing (Standard) will be activated on your behalf to ensure uninterrupted service. Rest assured, this change won't impact your pricing, and your experience with the optimization service will remain unchanged. Note For existing accounts, it may take until March 30th, 2024 for the change to be reflected.
Key Details to Note:
- The standard edition of Social Marketing is complimentary for all customers with active GBP Optimization, preserving your current pricing structure.
- Social Marketing will be readily accessible to all users within Business App. While partners can inform clients about this feature, we prioritize empowering you to make informed decisions regarding its use.
- Scheduling posts directly via Social Marketing reduces manual effort, enabling us to focus on enhancing your online presence. This shift reflects our dedication to delivering efficient and effective services.
- In the event of cancellation, Social Marketing will be deactivated unless already active prior to activation by Marketing Services. Partners will have the opportunity to retain access, with possible charges for ongoing usage.
