As part of Vendasta’s ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier digital marketing solutions and aligning with evolving industry standards, we are announcing the migration of our existing products—Social Post: 1x Week, Review Responses: Up to 10, Review Responses: Unlimited, and Review Requests—to our newly revamped offerings: Social Media Management Standard and Review Responses Standard with Add-ons (Social Media Management Plus and Review Responses Plus).
These new products are designed to provide greater flexibility, increased value, and enhanced results for our clients and partners, helping you grow your business while maintaining customer satisfaction.
What’s changing?
In response to shifting market demands and feedback from our partners, we’ve developed the Social Media Management Standard and Review Responses Standard products to better meet the needs of your clients. These updates offer:
- AI Meets Expertise: We incorporate the latest AI-driven technologies and combine them with our in-house professional expertise to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our offerings.
- Increased Value: These new products offer a more comprehensive social media and review response solutions, at highly competitive prices.
- Scalability: Streamlined tools for agencies and partners to manage multiple clients efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

How does it impact you?
Our existing products—Social Post: 1x Week, Review Responses: Up to 10, Review Responses Unlimited, and Review Requests—will no longer be part of the Marketplace and will not be available to purchase for the general public as of November 1st, 2024.
For Partners with Active Sales: If you have sold any of these services in the past year, you will be exempt from this change and can continue selling these services until the full transition. You are encouraged to start migrating your clients to the new offerings to benefit from improved features and pricing.
For Other Partners: Partners who have not sold these products in the past year will no longer be able to see these services in Partner Center. We encourage you to explore and adopt the new Social Media Management Standard and Review Responses Standard products, which provide better functionality and value.
