You're either thinking of getting a new website, or you've decided to go ahead with a new website build. Congratulations! Follow this article as we set you up for success. Also, check out the attachments at the bottom of the article for a helpful PDF guide that you can keep handy.

1. Framework Foundation

Your website framework will be the design basis on which your website is built. To ensure we can deliver a great website as quickly as possible, we use these templated frameworks and customize their colours, fonts, and images to suit your business.

2. Onboarding Experience

You'll be booked for a 30-minute Google Meet project onboarding call with a client solutions specialist, who will be the project manager for this website project. This call is required to ensure we understand your design preferences and build your website to your satisfaction.

 

3. Publication Timelines

Timelines will vary depending on the website product you ordered. All timelines are from the completion of your onboarding and receipt of all required assets and information. The delivery date will be provided to you by our team and will be when you receive a first mock (the first version of your website for you to review). 

  • Up to 3 pages: 5 business days 
  • 4-7 pages: 7 business days
  • 8-10 pages: 10 business days

4. Revisions and Go Live

Once you receive your first mock, you will be given a link to a MarkUp file. This link will allow you to make pinned comments around the website to specify any changes you’d like made. Our website build costs include a single round of major revisions, so take your time. Once you’ve shared your changes, our team will review them and ask for clarification as needed. Once they have the information they need, they will work on your revisions, which typically take 5 business days (our team will confirm the due date with you.)
Once we deliver the revised website to you, you can review it and let us know if it’s ready to set live! Remember—websites will need tweaks and changes over time to keep them relevant and up to date. It’s in your best interest to set the website live as soon as possible so that your website can begin to be indexed by search engines and found online.

 

5. Ongoing Website Support
