When you or a client purchases a Website: Up to 3, 5, or 10 Pages (Monthly & One-time) product, you will receive twelve months of complementary Website Support included with the website purchase. When the twelve months have ended, you do not need to take any additional action to continue receiving Website Support; you will simply begin incurring its monthly fee.
You will receive reminders at ten and eleven months after the purchase date that your included Website Support will soon end and that you will begin to incur charges after the twelfth month. This provides you with time to opt-out of the service if you wish to manage the website yourself.
Website Support includes the following services:
- Performing backend and plugin updates,
- Completing content and design change requests,
- Providing technical support, website health checks, and uptime monitoring.
